Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel expenses will be applied to any photography sessions taking place outside a 20km radius of Grimsby, ON. These fees are calculated based on the distance traveled, current fuel rates, tolls (if applicable), and time required. Clients will be billed to cover travel and accommodation expenses (if applicable).

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

If you still have questions prior to the shoot, we prefer to discuss one-on-one to bring both parties to an equal understanding of what one another expects. We will never let you go into a shoot without knowing exactly what we're expecting of you as a client.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Typically, we are prepared for all varieties of inclement weather. However, in the event of a cancellation, we will reschedule at no extra fee. If there is not a reschedule date, we reserve the right to withhold any deposits made as per any signed agreement.
